The last 10 months

So, this page has taken a turn for the worse and been extremely mismanaged...

I plan on keeping this relatively brief, however, words do have a way of popping into my head and then out my mouth (or through my fingers in this instance) so prepare for anything!
In the past 10 months, I have achieved a large number of goals. Between the last blog and this one I have reviewed a number of new and used vehicles, I even got time in my dream car - Ford Mustang, both 2017 and 2018 models in fact, so it has been removed from the dream car section of my page, a long with a number of other cars which have well and truly blown me away.

I have had the chance to deal with some really good people who I now consider to be majority of the reason I have the privilege of driving these cars - one in particular basically allows me the opportunity to take car at one minutes notice and drive it until I am ready to return it, and for that (and his trust and belief in what I am trying to achieve, I will be forever grateful).
Although I have added a few cars to the page, within this blog you will see a snapshot of the array of vehicles I have had the chance to sample. Surprisingly I am yet to really drive a car I didn't like. Sure, there has been the odd car that, looking back, was maybe not as impressive as I thought at the time, but that's the way the automotive industry works, there is always going to be a better car, always!

This year the intentions is to branch out and create more blogs which are opinionated and, at times, likely to be quite to the point - with no intention of offending anyone. Car reviews are one thing, but automotive related issues are just as important and I want to voice my thoughts on a number of topics, hopefully as they arise in the media both locally and globally.
I will also be looking to do more reviews on cars from the past. I know we all should be looking forward, but some cars hold a place in our hearts forever, those are the ones I want to be driving and writing about!

So, onto 2019 and a different approach, so grab your drink bottles, buckle up and enjoy the ride.
Peace!
James Austin
